a repair service engineer leaves for customer site within the next business day
warranty repair service on customer site within 5 working days
if a problem is impossible to eliminate on site, T-Platforms delivers the hardware to its Service center for repair and provides the customer with an equivalent substitute for the time of repair
offered for additional payment
